Yes. First you must start with a synthetic fabric, i.e. nylon, polyester, rayon, etc. or combination thereof. Then go out and buy liquid teflon and soak the fabric in it, ring it dry and then air dry. Repeat the process at least 4 times. If you have trouble locating the liquid teflon, ask around furniture stores, cleaners, etc. Some dirt may settle on the fabric but all you need to do is flap it vigorously to loosen the dirt.

I'm not sure of not getting dirty, but there are certain fabrics that stay dry. Look at a store such as Target or Wall-Mart, if price is an issue, and search in the camping section.

Well if there was it is probably really expensive a get look for any shirts that say stain resistant just don't get large amounts of oil on them or else the coating my come of.
