Taylor is one of those few names that you can use either way. I like it for either a boy or a girl. That is one of the names my husband and I both picked out but didn't go with.

Good luck.

I consider it more of a boy's name. However, I love it as a girl's name as well. It depends on what kind of image you want the child to set off. If you want a sportier girl's name, go with Taylor. If you want a more gentle male name, go with Taylor. Otherwise, come up with other names.

This is a hard question for me because I know a girl and a boy with this name. To me the name sounds pretty equal both ways, I like it for either girl or boy. It's one of those few names that sound good for both girl and boy.

I think of it as both because my daughter's name is Taylor Anne and we have a neighbor(who's a boy)and his name is Taylor. When I hear it, I think of a girl.
