What about the TRUE PERVERT's who were released because the jails are full!!!!!!. Its about time the people of this GREAT Country made a stand against foolish leadership & ignorant politicians, the simple anwser is to use judges & magistrates who are COMMON PEOPLE, Thats the only way back

This sort of snooping on people is horrible and it is right that Clive Goodman received a jail sentence. However, paedophiles. violent criminals, drug runners etc have been released on bail because there is no room in the prisons! We're back to pensioners and council tax again. This whold situation just beggars belief like everything else connected to the Home Office.

so he would have been OK in your eyes if he was a so called terrorist using this technology to set up a hit on the royal by listening to their travel plans and the likes.the tabloids have been getting away with this kind of crap for too long and it was about time they where reigned back in.
the true perverts where allowed to go free by two stupid judges trying to make a political statement. do you really think the memo from the home office told the judges to free all those dirty perverts. i dont think so. as for witch the head magistrate in the land has come out and said that john reid was with in his rights to remind judges of home office policy. he also questioned the judges reasons for releasing these 2 disgusting individuals

In Blairs Britain a crime against the state is more important than one against the person.Just like the Communist Soviet Union of a few years back.

The News of the World is a totally crap piece of sleazy toilet paper!
What he did was actually a crime. I do agree with you about the other perverts who really do deserve to be locked away but thanks to the worst Government since records began they are free to strike again.

Your grammar's crap, you're wrong; he deserves to be jailed and The News of the World is a s**t newspaper.
However, you are, correct about the paedophiles being "bailed, not jailed".

I agree completely. If the jails are full it is time to move up the death row sentencing...and make room.
