Yes.But you might beat the charge unless there were unusual circumstances like you threatened to assault them with a weapon (knife,gun,baseball bat) if they did not comply with your demands.In that case you will face MAJOR FELONY CHARGES if the people that you forced to have sex with each other press charges against you.But if it was only a VERBAL demand with no threat of VIOLENT reprisal then you should be able to get away with it

Absolutely it is... We had 2 absolute scum of the earth people, the Carr brothers in Wichita, Ks. do this when they were on a murder, rape, robbery rampage.
I don't know if your question is serious or trying to be funny, but it is absolutely the same as a regular rape except you get to traumatize more than 1 person at a time.
Absolute scum of the earth is what I classify rapists as.

Everyone, please calm down. I know he said "If I ...", but that is a normal sentence starter for things. For example, I could say "If I were to rob the bank of England, how long would I be in prison for?". It would not mean that I was considering to do so.
The other, admittedly more suitable sentence starter would have been "If someone forces two other people to...".

You've got to be kidding. How do you FORCE two people to have sex with each other? The crime wouldn't be rape but rather abuse, possibly forcible restrainment, and I don't know what else...

I would charge two counts of kidnapping.Moving people against their will.Then charge rape.
