My jacket is red, its 100%polyamide and it also says nylone

Use a solvent such as WD40, metho, acetone or alcohol.

Polyamide and nylon are man-made fabrics and some solvents can damage some man-made fabrics so test an inconspicuous area first.

I'd try a bit of alcohol first (whiskey, brandy) as it's least likely to damage your jacket. then WD40, then metho, then acetone.

www.mcminone.com sells an ink remover thats pretty good, though I'd wipe off the area with a wet rag after applying it. it's pretty powerful stuff and can eat up the cleaned surface if not removed.

I'm going out on a limb here, but dude, it's called PERMANENT ink....I think, although I could be wrong, that that means it's PERMANENT.....

Again, I could be wrong......try soap and water....that might work...

OK....all sarcasm aside....Oxyclean is pretty amazing stuff, so buy that and follow the directions...
