I have my computer my fax machine, a router the phone speakers the stereo and a ceiling fan all in the same area, and I have shut them off but no luck in finding out what could be causing such annoying sound. What could be causing this???

The fax machine is usually on, as well as your stereo - especially if it has a remote. There are transformers inside that will buzz from the 60 hertz ac power.

WELL MAYBE YOU NEED TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL CHECK IT IT COULD BE A DANGEROUS SITUATION IN THE WIRING IN THE WALLS
