I completely forgot my password and cannot log on to my pc. I have a HP and I am unable to view any of the help websites because of the restrictions on my work computer.

this will only work if you dont have a startup password (before the login screen), or if you know what the startup password is
restart your computer, pressing F8. if asked for a password, enter the startup password. otherwise, select safe mode, and wait for the computer to boot up. there should be an account labeled administrator that has no password...go into it and go into the control panel-->change your passwords
