Pilate's will only strengthen the muscles it won't do anything for skin. There for it won't reduce stretch marks.

It'll help you get into shape. Won't do squat for the stretch marks. The strech marks will fade over time. So they won't be so noticeable. And when you lose weight and shrink they might not seem so big. But mine are the same size they were when I was pregnant. And I'm smaller than I was before I got pregnant. They are just very pale in color.

No, but I wish it did. There are no miracle creams out there! They say endermologie improves the appearance of them. Hopefully one day there will be a laser for them. I'll be first in line for it!
Check out epione.com for Coolbeam Laser treatment. I came across it, but I don't know how legit it is.

No, it won't do anything for your stretch marks. Try Stri-Vectin SD; it's pricey, but well worth it.
