pratice by your self the foot work and dribbling. that will be a big help during the game

I play it and love it. It's my favorite sport to play. My dad was a 7th grade soccer coach for long time so I guess it's in my genes. ;) I'm pretty good at it. I would just make up my own soccer drils. Weave in and out of cones or trees. Juggleing see how many I can get. Be creative if you want. I follow some MLS, and US soccer. I love indoors as well but don't play it as much as outdoor.

For soccer, you need to generalize RUSH and SPEED and Sheer-out Foot power.
Rush for your not so afraid to get into the game and just take the ball, speed to leave the others behind and pass through more easily~
Sheet-out foot power so you can kick from far away places, have you ever seen beckham shoot like 100 feet away? x.x;

pick a target on a brick wall for hard kicks
Dribbling around flags poked into the ground helps with getting around opponents

playing with cones is good... to get around defenders.. but the problem is defenders move unlike cones haha.
