Why does Ellen Degeneres say "Am I right ladies?" on her show now? I think I missed the episode where she started saying that. She sometimes also says other things instead of ladies. Anyone know why she started saying that?

She just started saying it so I'm wondering if she made a joke about that phrase. She sometimes says Am I right men? when the time is right..

It just kinda stuck one day. Most of her audience is women, so it seemed appropriate, especially when discussing the "hotness" of men that she say "Am I right, ladies?" It just garnered applause and she feels the need to keep saying it. Kinda like the Church Lady and "Well, isn't that special."
