Depending on where you live in Oklahoma, you could make trips into Texas for the Bottoms Up parties in Dallas/Ft. Worth. They hold parties every three months, I think, and the Texas AllState Spanking Party will be March 9-11 in Dallas. These venues are only available to you if you're 18 or over, though, which you haven't been clear about. If you are 18 or over, I can give you some links to get you going. Good luck.
