Wow - here goes... I'm guessing this is an electric oven/range combo? The fuse blew and the grill part and stove works but the convection fan is cool as the elements in the oven aren't working?

There is a problem with the oven elements, thermostat or oven setting switch. My money is on the element. You can get a new one for under $50 at an appliance parts store. Usually only a couple screws hold the cal-rod (element) above the oven floor. SOmetimes they just plug in - no wiring required.

I am from the US and have no idea what you refer to as a hob but it sound like you have a short somewhere. It could be the element or the thermostat or just a loose or burned wire.

Don't try to fix it yourself,,, sounds like to me that the heating element is burnt out you need to call a repair ma
Good Luck
