I have an HP Compaq laptop and every once in a while, without me even hitting the Caps Lock key, my text gets stuck in Caps Lock. I usually have to turn off my computer to get it fixed or sometimes I just try to function with it like that and it goes away. Anyone else have the same problem? How do I fix or prevent that from happening again?

less than the keycap there are 2 plastic "scissor" products protecting it in position - so noted as via the undeniable fact that is what the mechanism feels like considered from the area. in the adventure that they are nonetheless connected to the keycap pull them off. in the adventure that they have got separated they want putting decrease back jointly - they ought to connect jointly and pivot contained in the middle and lie flat at the same time as they are closed. next, connect this assembly decrease back on to the keyboard sub-base. in many cases there's somewhat tongue for one area to feed into and the different area has bumps that want feeding into 2 eyelets on the sub-base. there is in user-friendly words one way it is going to correctly bypass decrease back on so that you would possibly want to wish to attempt to locate the right one. lower back, the assembly ought to lie flat on the sub-base at the same time as properly inserted. For a huge key like caps lock there will be a inflexible cord bar providing added help to the keycap. if so you want to rigorously learn it and the plastic moulding to figure out the way it feeds into the keycap or sub-base. once each and every thing is decrease back in position the keycap is a trouble-free push in good structure onto the scissor products.
