Ya, a little. Any more than a powdering shuts the city down, there are tons of accidents, and people hurt themselves when their bicycles wip[e out.

I lived there 2 winters. The first barely every snowed. The second snowed a little once. I wont worry about bringing your snow tires with you. I could ride my motorcycle everyday.

Not so much cold as cool. And damp. And poor heating for the houses. Always feel cold.

Sometime snow fall in Tokyo but not to much. 2-3 times at winter season. But, because of "hot winter", this year the snow doesn't fall in Tokyo.

Yes, it does snow in Tokyo. The type of cold that is in Japan is worse that the US. It is the kind of cold that just sits and chills you to the bone.

It does, but the Kanto region (where Tokyo is) doesn't seem to get as much snow as areas around Nagano, Niigata, and of course further up north in Hokkaido..

Sometimes it snows in Tokyo. But the snow isn't much.
If you wanna see more snow, perhaps you can try Hokkaido or going to Mt.Fuji.
