Too weak on facts and too childish. Politics have become a playground sporting event.

The Q&A format encourages this type of behavior, especially amongst those without ligitimate questions. It is a favorite tactic that the trolls and sockpuppets use. It's like asking "Do you still beat your wife/husband/children?" Fortunatly, there are good people of all political persuations on this board that have the intelligence to see through this type of thing and can provide well thought out answers as well as post quality questions. These are the ones that keep me coming back, at least until the trolls have me tossed out.

Well alot of it is how you phrase the question.
There are many here who when they have the opposite opinion of someone who lays down an intelligent question with some facts then they avoid that question. Or they answer with insults because they have nothin to say.

I don't know why that is! I never heard the term Libtard until I first came on this forum. It doesn't really upset me, that some people think I am a Libtard, because I know that I am not. What does upset me is that some people refuse to listen to other points of view, at least enough to research, and investigate. It upsets me that people take what they hear from the mainstream media as gospel truth, and call some of us conspiracy theorists and kooks, without even checking out for themselves, what it is we are trying to tell them!!! This upsets me, and frustrates me, not because I have a need to be right, but rather because complacency is dangerous to all of us, and if we who are called kooks and conspiracy theorists are correct in what we believe, then it is not just the people who refuse to listen, and investigate, and research for themselves, who are in trouble......it is ALL of us!!!! We are trying to wake as many people up as we possibly can, because we are afraid of what we believe will happen to this country and to this world, and to each one of us...if we don't!!! It is already happening, but there is still time to stop it, if enough of us wake up really soon!!!!

It look everyone does their honest share. yet I even have observed at the instant it type of feels the Conservatives or Republicans "fling" greater insults on the different social gathering. Libs look to "fling" greater insults at Bush than his fairly social gathering. And no i'm no longer a liberal.

Not usually. I rejoice when I see a good, relevant question. I try not to play their game, but sometimes my sarcastic wit gets the best of me and I say something hateful (though funny). Although I would prefer to believe people don't mean half the things they say on here, I think they really do. It is scary.

People get very defensive when confronted with the truth. It's alot easier to be insulting than to admit defeat and apologize. ~wink~

I agree with you. I prefer intelligent debate rather than trashy posts filled with nasty insults.

Read some questions and observe which ones get answered, if you do not ask ridiculous questions the teeny boppers on here cannot answer them!! You can expect to get insults anytime you ask a question, might as well start it off with the question!!
