Try to get the number 24 by dividing,subtracting,adding,or multipling the numbers 12, 5, 3, 2 only ONCE! It's real hard.
If you get it I'll give you 10 points, but show your work.

5*3=15+12=27-2+25

It is not possible. This is not just a very clever mathematics riddle; it's also a grammar riddle as well. You only said we had to "dividing,subtracting,adding,or multipling the numbers 12, 5, 3, 2 only ONCE!" You said only once. That means no more then once. Therefore, the answer has to be 12 x 2= 24.

(12-5)*3= 24 (Used numbers once)
5-3=2*12=24 (I used all the numbers)

i use to play a maths game called 24....and ppl change numbers when u can't do it...
