If you accept a plea you give away ALL rights you cant be heard Evan if they find out for sure you are innocent.your stuck.
watch out the D/A or prosecutor WILL scare you saying he will recommend the maximum sentence if you don't take the deal unless your crime was REALLY BAD like molester or you killed a gas station worker for 50 $ judges almost never give the max like 99 present of the time they don't REALLY if you go to trial and found guilty you still have endless chances to appeal brig back testimony, evidenced laws and so on look at how many people got out after DNA was accepted as evidence alone don't let them scare you go to TRIAL!!!!!!!!11

advantage : it speeds up the judicial process by saving a lot of work on finding evidence and preparing arguments, as well as saving the load of a full jury trial.
advantage : Pleading guilty usually gets you off with a lighter sentence than you would likely get if fully tried and found guilty.
drawback : some canny criminals, or criminal with canny lawyers get away with a comparative slap on the wrist.
drawback : many people, guilty or not, may plead guilty or no contest to be done with it and save time and money over the pre trial phase (and possible jail time then).
