im really confused cause i cant tell if this guy likes me or not, ive known him since 3rd grade and this year he's in my class and hes started acting all weird around me, for one we used to talk all the time and now he gets all shy around me unless i talk to him, second there was this one time that he my friend and i were all sitting together in class and we were jokeing around, and he waz kinda jokeing with me and then outta no where my friend goes to him "its not nice to tease the ones you looovvvveeeee" i didnt take it that seriously but he turned bright red and turned around in his seat...there are a few other examples but i cant remember them right now...wat does this mean???

the problem is i used to have a crush on him when i was younger ( like 4 years ago)and i dont feel the same way anymore (and havent for 4 years)...and i dont want to hurt his feelings or anything...hes a really good friend...

Yes seems like he's interested~ When you can get him on his own, appologize for your friend being a "pain" and embarrassing him like that~ It's hard enough for guys to ask a girl out let alone have her best friend make fun of him infront of you. That sure wasn't nice*~........If he was talking to you and HIS friend said something like that wouldn't you turn red and turn around in your seat too? What else could you do?? I would just get him when he's on his own and start the convo by appologizing for y our friends silly coments to him..that will show him y ou're interested and you care about his feelings*~ goodluck* (ps..tell your friend to hush up*)

He could quite possibly have a crush on you & is just embarassed by the fact that you now know about it. He may be shy around you because he just doesn't know how to act now that you know his "secret".
I would ask him about it, OR use reverse psychology on him. Ask him to a movie or dinner or something. Eventually he'll come out of his shell.
Of course only do this if you are interested in him "in that way", otherwise you'd sort of be leading him on which could lead to him not talking to you at all.

It definitely seems like he likes you, the acting weird around you, the getting red and embarrassed. He likes you for sure. If you like him too then keep talking to him and try to make him less shy around you by joking around and being lay back.

But then again, if you don't like him, there is no reason for you to really worry about his feelings. Keep acting like a normal supportive friend.
