Double major in biomedical enigeering and music performance(20 yrs old will be completed) try a careeer in music if that does not work out go to medical school and and do residency become a surgeon i will be done by 28yrs old.......should i?

Do it. It sounds like a perfect plan if you're truly interested in both music and medical. You'll have something solid and in-demand to fall back on (engineering or med) if the music doesn't pan out, but I don't see why it shouldn't.
