I've been to vegas twice. In my oppinion don't rent a car. Traffic is really bad. Take the public transportation (CAT or Citizens Area Transportation) or a cab.

BUT if you really want to rent a car....
....I heard once that Enterprise Rent A Car that if you are not using a major credit card that you will need two utility bills that shows that you do not have a past due balance. Enterprise has a location in the Las Vegas airport. So you might want to contact them.

I can't remember but there is a car rental place in the airport that will let you rent a car with a depit card.

The car rental places have their own insurance on their cars that you can purchase for extral. But I do not think you have to bring your own.

I do not think there are car rental places that will rent a car with just cash. You can pay with cash but I think you have to have a debit credit card of a credit card.

Good Luck.

No. State Law requires all car rentals to be secured by credit card. They started this about 5 years ago because so many cars were ending up in Mexico

Ronbo is in many situations spectacular. a pair of modifiers: one million) some places will settle for debit enjoying cards yet they'll placed a great volume on carry - often a different of the full condominium fee. 2) some places will hire to the fewer than 25s yet you need to be a minimum of 21. or you won't be in a position of be a motive force. in case you have a shown reservation along with your age at 20, then possibly, yet I even have under no circumstances heard off them renting to a 20 12 months previous. And the prospect is that for the period of spite of a reservation, the community franchisee ought to nonetheless no longer allow you to be a motive force. stable luck.

even if you did not have a credit card you would need insurance. My buddy works for a car rental place and they will not take anyone without insurance.
