Sour milk: Lactic: CH3CHOH.COOH
Apples: Malic: HOOC-CH2-CHOH.COOH
Soda: Carbonic: H2CO3
Water: H-OH
Aspirin: Acetylsalicylic: Draw a hexagon. At every second side draw = and at every other side draw -. At one corner put -COOH. At the corner next to that, put -OCO.CH3.
Vitamin C = ascorbic acid. You will have to look that formula up, because I cannot put it down here.
