Here's the link to L.A. parks and recreation. We have a lot of indoor rec centers, and places like YMCAs and the Boy's and Girl's Clubs. Some neighborhood parks will have basketball courts as well. Have fun, and remember to duck !! J/K

The cheapest hotel in Hollywood that I found with a decent rating is the Economy Inn Hollywood.
