No, absolutely not. It is not a coincidence and it is sure as hell not because of the democrats that we have not had an attack in the U.S. since 9/11. There is a reason it is called public opinion...opinions are not based on facts and are oftentimes wrong. The Constitution makes the President the Commander-in-Chief for a reason...the President is in the best position to make decisions regarding the defense of this country. The Congress is just a bunch of whiners who only care about getting elected for another term. Anyone that cannot see this President has the integrity and intentions to protect this country is blinded by their ignorance, hate and party politics.
