I mean litterally, a book. Usually when I see a book that doesn't have a very appealing cover on it, i don't bother to read it. But if the cover looks interesting or cool i will! haha

yes of course. it's human nature. first impressions... and i usually dont bother even giving an ugly book a second glance. maybe it's wrong but i cant help it. im not attracted to it.

i do, even though i know it doesnt make sence. like ill have read a great book, return it. then see it later with a different cover and think it sucks till i see the name of it!
