No. The courts awarded child cutody to mom along with a certain amount of support til a certain age so he will have to pay til then no matter what. The judge doesnt care how he does it and how much of a financial bind it puts on him as long as it is paid. Forget running away from the problem as child support collection is now world wide. Sorry. There are very special cases where support can be lowered and starting another family isnt one of them unfortunately or we would have a world wide epidemic excess of second families

Nope, that was his choice to marry someone else and take on the responsibilities of taking care of her and the step child the judge will laugh in his face if he trys to lower his child support on that , if he has a child that is his biological child, then they may lower it but its only by a very small amount.. not much..

Sorry his kids were here before her and her kid in his life, they come first and the judge will tell him just that.

only his biological children are taken into account, as the stepdaughter is someone's else's responsibility. It would be the same for that stepdaughter's father, who probably pays child support for HER, because she's his BIOLOGICAL child.

I do not think they take into consideration your financial obligations, sorry. Your "friend" needs to talk to a lawyer.

No, his FIRST obligation is to the child from his first marriage.

No. It is a straight percentage of what he earns.
