It should be FEDERALLY RECOGNIZED, yes, but I do believe in the autonomy of the individual state to choose to perform/issue marriage licenses as they see fit. But if a couple is legally married in any other state and for some reason or another moves to a state that does not issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, I feel strongly that marriages performed outside of that state should still be recognized by that state.

Of course. There's no reason gay people should be denied such a basic right that the rest of us enjoy . This is intolerance and religious doctrine run amuck, and it's unacceptable in a "free" country.

Yes! Although it scares people to think of what will happen. Str8 couples divorce and get married just as much as lesbian couples would. Why the hell not?

I see no difference between a homosexual and a heterosexual couple. If they love each other why the hell not? I say it must be possible. Life is hard enough as it is so don't look for more things that can make it even harder....
