I mean... how many times can you listen to the same stuff... "we must kill the terrorists"... "we will all die if we don't"...
of course conservatives go to sleep when watching anything but Fox news... because everything else isn't overhyped tabloid journalism (CNN can be at times, but Fox News takes the cake)... yelling "WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE" keeps conservatives awake apparently...
Glen Beck is a great example of this... every time I watch there is another story that is the "start of WWIII"... and "we better watch out or we'll all end up dead"... you can only cry wolf so much before rational people stop caring... he's like a non-religious pat robertson...
Fear works great for ratings after a huge disaster like 9-11... but you can't scare people forever...
people are tired of the "scare" over "rational thought"...
and Fox News has no competition on TV as the only real conservative news source... that's the only reason they win... they get that 30 percent of the market that believes the party line and the other 70 percent of the population is divided among all the other networks, none pulling more than 25 percent usually...
the real truth is... relatively... tons more people watch American Idol than any news show... most people don't really care about the news that much...

O'Reilly very, very seldom makes any sense at all. I would love to see him and Olbermann debate. O'Reilly would walk out on it. People might not like what Olbermann says, but I have yet to find him being inaccurate. Unlike O'Reilly, Hannity, and Limbaugh. you can't watch or listen to a segment with them in it without noticing the "untruths"..
I certainly hope your information on the ratings are an omen.

what planet are you on?try watching O'reilly,Hannity&Colmes and Glenn Beck.Guaranteed you won't fall asleep like watching cnn,msnbc etc.. all the liberal crap.by the way air america went belly up.must have been a great show! PMSNBC WOULD STILL HAVE TO GO A LONG WAY TO CATCH O'REILLY. HE IS STILL THE MOST POPULAR TALK SHOW HOST ON CABLE AND, DARE I SAY, WILL STAY THERE FOR THE FORSEEABLE FUTURE. HE IS SO UNPOPULAR THAT HIS LATEST BOOK IS STILL ON THE BEST SELLER LIST AFTER MANY MANY MONTHS. LIB COMMENTATORS ONLY WISH THEY COULD COME CLOSE TO MATCHING THAT. IN THEIR DREAMS.

O'Reilly would squash Olbermann in a debate. All Obermann ever does is get people on his show that agree with them and they all read from their scripts. O'Reilly does not give their guests their questions ahead of time.
I hate the BS Obermann spews. So pitiful that he talks about the 'conservative spin' when he himself is putting a spin on stuff.

It's been happening for some time. Oddly, O'Leilly keeps claiming his ratings are up.

people are starting to see what a blow hole oreilly is. Oberman would kill him. all oreilly can do is bully people, he cant debate like most republicans cant.
