I am going to give birth in a play what do i have to do. plese help me

this is a theatre play with college and i want the birth to look as real as possible

talk to your mother, aunt, director or acting coach. Its best to get acting tips in person, face to face and especially from someone connected to the play. I could give you all kinds of advice, but not without knowing the play, plot, charactors - especially YOUR character.

What kind of a play is this? I am assuming you are a teenager??????
