I do not need one of those monitors for high end graphics so tell me accordingly to my computer needs.

That's a pretty good monitor for a good price. VGA input is what 95% of the monitors in the world have.
I like to see the monitor before I buy it myself, so I always get them at the store.

This is not a good monitor at all but if all you do is browse the net or e-mail, it's should be OK. If you want to do more i would suggest you get a better monitor, a CRT based monitor cost less than a LCD if you have a budget.

It's awesome! Everything is pretty good for email and web browsing. If you watch videos, though, compare the response times with those of other LCD screens. Shop around.

Of course this is up to you. If you are asking if I'd buy it, no. Get a good brand. I would not settle for one with only VGA input.
