This box keeps popping up and the only options are "remind me
in 30 minutes" or download. How do I get it off my computer?

I'm assuming you're using Windows
It could be adware or spyware. If that problem persists, close all your programs and press Ctrl+Alt+Delete when the notice appears. Click Task Manager.In the Applications tab, right-click the program that's giving you trouble and choose Go to Process. Write down the process it highlights (usually something with .exe after it) and then end it. If ti's still giving you trouble, do this: it might work.
Go to Start>Run and type MSCONFIG and go to the Startup tab. find the process you wrote down earlier (this time it's without the .exe) and uncheck it. Click OK restart your computer.

Terry, sorry I don't know the answer to your question but I want to thank you so much for your response!!! I'm really struggling with this......how can I maintain who I am, without coming across as immature?

java is a virus protection, i have it on my computer and i recommend to downloadd it anyway, but the fact that there is no decline button it might be a fake and so be a virus, you should scan your computer for viruses and spyware and do exactly as it says... if you do not have that i recommend windows live one care.... its great i use it myself... you do have to pay for it though... but usually the virus protection you dont have to pay for is a virus.
