i heard from three people that there is a ghost at the store where i work.. one coworker said they heard racks jiggling when no one else was around ...ooo

The Garuda Purana dedicates four chapters to ghosts, what is their cause, their description, problems arising from them, and their release, written 5000 yrs ago by the great Vedic sages.

My teacher, Srila Prabhupada, founder of the Hare Krishna Movement said " When a man dies, he is called dead, but when he again appears in a subtle form not visible to our present vision and yet acts, such a dead body is called a ghost. Ghosts are always very bad elements, always creating a fearful situation for others."

If a man or woman becomes too depressed and cuts his own throat or hangs himself, eats some poison, does it mean that he is finished? Na hanyate hanyamane sarire. For the soul there is neither birth nor death.The result is, because he violated the rules of nature, he becomes a ghost. That is his life. One who commits suicide, he becomes a ghost. Ghost means he does not get this material body. He remains in the subtle body, of mind & intelligence. Therefore a ghost can go because he is in the mind. Mind speed is very strong. If you have got this material body, you cannot go immediately hundred miles off. But if you are in the mental body, you can go immediately, thousand miles immediately, within a second. A ghost, therefore can do amazing things, but they are not happy because they have no gross body. They want to enjoy. He's materialistic. He has committed suicide for some material want. He is in want of fulfilling material desire. He could not fulfill in this body; therefore commits suicide, but the desire is there and he cannot fulfill it. He becomes perplexed. Therefore the ghost create disturbance sometimes.

John Lennon's Ghost Buster

John Lennon was having a problem due to the presence of a ghost at his former estate in Ascot, Tittenhurst, in 1969,. John invited Srila Prabhupada to come and stay with him and Yoko , along with his students. Prabhupada gives the remedy for getting rid of ghosts :

"The best way to remove them is to chant Hare Krishna very loudly and have jubilant kirtana until they leave. In England, on Mr. John Lennon's house where I was staying in 1969, there was one ghost. But as soon as the devotees began chanting ( Hare Krishna ) very loudly, he (the ghost) went away immediately. When there is Hare Krsna chanting, these ghostly, demonic living entities, they'll not be able to stay there. They'll go away. "

Yes I do, why? well my grandmother died before i was born and well all that I have seen of her when she was alive is a picture. I see her sometimes in my room and in the living room. I also think that my house also harbors another ghost because one time when I was doing an EVP in the room I sleep in I heard a "Hey". Plus I do some ghost hunting in my spare time and one time I had a real freaky experience in a graveyard outside of town.

Yes I totally believe that there are ghosts...infact my friend and I are ghost hunters, and we love the job...we don't have our own company or anything, but some our friends have called us to go to their house (because they hear noises or see shadows) and we actually do get ghostly results, like we have three EVPs and like ten footages, and that's because we just started like a month ago,lol. It's really amazing, and fun sometimes.

I do! I believe I saw I ghost when I was a kid. It was an old lady in my grandmothers house. Come to find out my mother saw the same ghost when she was younger. I guess it was the lady who lived in the house before my grandma.

I most defiantly believe in ghost . Mainly because I have seen and heard them myself and if someone has unfinished business when they die then there soul stays behind to finish what it had to do. Each person has there own beliefs though

I don't believe in ghosts. ... I know ghosts (disembodied spirits),... are real. .. Believing in something and knowing something is true or real,.. are different things.
