Wut should i tell her about high school?

Ma friend is really worried about high school now a days and i dunno how to make her feel better! she's scared of the drugs, bullying and the work! She's also has a pretty curvy figure but she's almost overweight and she's really cautious about it! she's scared ppl will make fun of her! What should i tell her! help!

People can be cruel at that age, just support her, and build up her self esteem. Remind her that people are so busy worrying about themselves that they really don't think about other people that much. There are probably just as many people like her, and less people that are bully's or drug abusers.Remind her that people that make fun of or bully other people, are people with self esteem or problems with their own inadequacies.

Tell her that she is strong.

Tell her that her strength will enable her to see through drugs and she won't be tempted.

Tell her that her strength will enable her to see the weakness of those who would attempt to bully her or others, to see the weakness of those who might make fun of her physical shape.

Tell her that her strength will carry her through all the work.

Tell her to see herself as strong, to remember that she is strong and that life can not send anything her way that she can not handle.

If she's at all religious, remind her that the strength comes from God/Jesus Himself.

tell her never to type LiKe ThIs. tell her that these things ARE going to show up. there is nothing she can do about them. she has to get ready for them and stop worrying. that is the worst thing she can do.
