First you need 2 people to do it right, one sits inside to operate the pedal, the other is under the car,he has open the bleeder nipples.
First lift your bonnet and take the top of the master cylinder and make sure fluid is at max level, then get an empty bottle and put about 300cc brake fluid in bottle then get a piece of clear plastic hose that fits the bleeder nipples tightly, get the person inside the car to pump the pedal then hold it down,
you can then put the hose on the nipple with the other end of hose in the fluid in the bottle and undo the bleeder.
Always start at the nipple fartherest away from the master cylinder first IE,,the one opposite the driver rear,
make sure the hose stays under the fluid in the bottle, when you open the bleeder the brake pedal should go down to the floor and must be held there while the bleeder is closed again then the person inside the vehicle can release the pedal , then you repeat this procedure until there are no air bubbles coming out of the bleeder, at the same time you should also keep a check on the master cylinder fluid level and keep it topped up as you bleed your brakes, some vehicles are harder to bleed than others .But if you want to be safe i say leave it to the experts.

if it is the system i think (no vacuum booster)
the front brakes are done the normal way,
while the rear brakes are done with the ignition switch turned to on, and the system pressure will do the rest when you open the bleader

I would think, unscrew the brake line from the caliber and pump the brake and let it squirt out.
