Using a dark lipliner on the outer edges, even goin slightly above the lip line will give the affect of fuller lips. Go for lip gloss or glossy lipsticks rather than matte lipsticks. Make sure you also look after your lips by using lipbalms

Hiya, I'd recommend using a lip injection lip-gloss by too faced.
A light tingling sensation may be experienced when lip injection is applied that can last up to 5 minutes. Afterwards, lips look up to 20% fuller, plumper and juicier. You can buy it from Boots or online. It costs about £10 ($18.50)

hey its really very easy first thing u have to do is that just apply some sort of gellies like vaseline one night before party and then when the party time comes just put on the make up over ur lips n then apply some liner than ur lips look fuller ...

Try Too Faced lip injection lip gloss. You can get it from Urban Decay counters in Debenhams stores. It it a pink gloss with a picture of a needle on the bottle that looks kinda gross but its good stuff!

use a darker lipliner to draw and define your lip line. Fill in your lips with the liner. Add lipstick and put a nice lip glassy gloss on top. MAC has some great products.

isn't there a lipstick or gloss on the market that does it...hmmm..will search for you...in the mean time I think using vaseline makes them swell slightly or at least look fuller!
p.s. did a search for fuller lips gloss in the UK and got this link and many others.....

1) avoid dehyration, drink plenty of water & moisturise your lips the night before
2) use a lip liner to mark the fullest extent of your lips and then use a bright lipcolor with works with your skintone to fill out to the liner
3) once you have done that, relax and stop worrying about your lips. A smile is the best way to show off your lips!

ok..to make them look fuller apply a darker shade of lipliner to your lipsthen take a shade of gloss that is a little bit lighter than the lipliner apply,then take a clear gloss apply, then to make this last all night take a lip powder and dust youre lips with it

Get your mate to punch you in the mouth a couple of times. This has the added advantage of you also having nice red lips. No need for lipstick!

Using your black make-up pencil highlight the outer part of your lip a little larger than the lip and fade lipstick toward your highlighting. Don't go overboard with the pencil though.
