My house was egged and now dry. Is there a way to remove it safely. without damage to the stucco?

Get a few sheets of drawer liner white paper.
Take a wet roller and roll about 4 or 5 sheets onto the spot where the egg has hit. Keep working that roller until that paper has literally become part of the egg. Add more sheets if need be.
Let it dry and off comes the egg.

Spray it with a hose, wait a few minutes and spray again. Keep it wet and eventually it will soften & wash off.
My house isn't stucco but thats how I got dried egg off the vinyl siding. A neighbor told me how to do it. My house was covered.
If your aren't too high you might be able to set up a sprinkler & let it run to soak it loose.
