From what I have heard cats can see blue and yellow. My ex was color blind and when we went to go get eye exams together the doc said he could see like a cat. Now I am not sure if that meant he could see better at night or if cats can see blue and yellow. But I do know that those were the only two colors he could see.

yes cats are color blind they only can see in black and white.

Because they have more rods (for seeing light and dark) than cones (for seeing color) they are partially colorblind. I believe they see things in pastels.

No, but they do see a different colour triangle than humans. So colours will appear different to them, than they do for us.
They can not see all of the colours we see, but can also see colours we can not see
