As others said, first make sure you've uninstalled the original program.
If you still can't delete the folder, then restart your computer in "Safe mode". To do this, power down your computer, then hold down the F8 key as you start it up again. A screen will come up giving you several options. Choose safe mode. You should then be able to delete the files. Safe mode starts the computer without automatically running any startup programs.
If F8 doesn't work for entering safe mode, then watch the screen carefully during the first few seconds of boot-up. It may show some other key combination for getting the boot options screen.
Another thought - run msconfig (Start->run-> type msconfig).
Then select the startup tab. Look for any entries from WinCustomize and uncheck them.

You need to delete it from the Add or Remove Programs folder.
Go to Start, Control Panel, then Add or Remove Programs folder. Select the program, then click on Remove.

you didn't use the add/remove program and left part of it on your computer. have you tried doing this in safe mode...during start-up hit the F8 key for safe mode. if you know how to use the DOS Prompt and know the path and how to change directory's and such then it could be removed this way. have you tried rebooting the system and deleting the folder before you run anything. if it isn't a big deal then leave it be if you don't know how to do more extravagant computer things, then leave it alone before you cause other problems.

1. If you haven't already tried, do it through 'Control Panel'.
2. If it's not listed as a installed program that you can uninstall in this way, it probably is a program that runs at start up.
3. Disable it, Shutdown and restart the system.
4. Try to delete it now.

Probably you didn't uninstall it and the program is running off of it. Start>Settings> Control Panel (or just STart>Control Panel) >Add/Remove Programs. find WinCustomize and uninstall it. If it still doesn't work, see if the folder is empty. If it is, and it doesn't bother you (you don't usually see it) then leave it alone.

If you are comfortable with DOS, you may be able to delete the folder through it.
