Some girl I wanted to date told me " V, don't think that I don't like you coz I don't talk with you, It's just that, I'm afraid of what you think of me!!"

pretend that you cant get your car started and ask him to come over to see what may be wrong with it, or do you have a camera tell him your in a photography class and that you are needing a subject to capture on film(digital) because the topic is _____
have fun and make it a game to see how long it takes you or him to notice one new thing about you/him
there are a million possibilities, think positive

First you make yourself known...say "HELLO" and your name and compliment him in some way.
Second, leave something for him to remember you by...a phone number on a piece of paper...maybe?
Third, when you make your exit as you're walking away, be sure to turn around and then wave goodbye as you smile.
It always works in the movies....

Just start talking.
if you like him dont say it, that might make him not want to be with you. But just start talking as if it was something you do every day.
Once you are friends, he will know you exist :)
