Collect a bunch of cigarette butts. Put them in a jar. Fill it with water and let them soak for a day or two. Strain the liquid off.

Now the dangerous part. Put some ammonium sulfate fertilizer into the liquid and stir without heat. Do not get the liquid on your skin or in your eyes. Use it right away and dump the extra on bare ground to soak in and decompose. Dangerous stuff to keep around.

Nicotine sulfate is a great pesticide for worms and caterpillars. Don’t use it on food crops. And you should do a small test to evaluate the effects. You also want to dilute it with water when you apply, again a spot test is good to get the dilution at the right level.
