Can any one help me on N3?

In N3:Ninety Nine Nights, can u go any futher with Inphy after the level where u kill the Dwyfario dude? And how do u get the water mage girl(i don't know how to spell it)? please help with either one!

i'm not sure about inphy but to get the water magic girl all you have to do is to beat the campaign mode with each character and she should be unlocked.
