Where are the parents?

What is happening. yesterday afternoon, i was sitting on my balcony and these three kids came walking around in the parking lot, two were around 6-8 yrs old and one maybe 10-11. Every other word out of their mouths was f-this, or f-that. Then the little girl said "you better f-ing stop it m-fer, I am f-ing crazy b**ch" She could not have been more than 8 yrs old. Where are these kid parents?

Those kids are being raised by MTV.

Their at home getting drunk, staying high and making more babies. Or they are to busy with their careers and are never home. It's a shame.
