ihave a psp and when i charge it the charging light comes up but it starts to flash what should i do?

when ever i put my psp to charge the charging light starts to flash should i get a new battery or get a new psp?

Mine usually turns orange and stays that way until it is fully charged. I would suggest you try replacing the batter first. You might want to get a battery that last longer than the version the PSP ships with.
