Is there a site that tells you how to dance?

You cannot learn to dance (sheesh) from a web site. You need to go and take lessons in person at a studio, or have someone who knows show you.

Depends on what you want to learn.

The best and cheapest ways are:
1)Go to the Library as they often carry videos (probably VHS as opposed to DVD)

2)Find a social club (and sometimes education boards offer evening classes around $5-$10 for an hour) as they often have group lessons (way cheaper than private and you won't feel as intimidated)

The nice thing about this is that an instructor is there to correct any mistakes

i think so but i think there is a cd which they teach how to dance
and why do you want to my cousin is good i mean really good she can do splits in a balance beam (horizontally) and breakdance
she's good
and the cd is Paula Abdul its a workout video and teaches people how to dance
if you want to learn how to breakdance call me
i will teach you the spinaroonie...
