Morning sickness is just the body's way of telling it that it is healthy and is responding to the hormones of the pregnancy. I had morning sickness for 3 months. and morning sickness can occur at anytime of the day or night so it is not limited to the morning only. Also it depends on what you eat that would cause your stomach to get upset and the baby reject the food also you can get sick due to certain smells. But it does go away and if it is gone now then you are lucky because some people have it until they deliver. But it does go away and does not come back. But be aware that it all depends on your body.
God Bless

Sorry to say no way! Most people do not gid rid of their morning sickness until the 2nd trimester, and some people have it throughout pregnancy - even though this is not common - on the other side some women do not get morning sickness at all. However, you are only 6 weeks and if you are already nauseous you will more than likely feel ALL DAY SICKNESS ( as I call it )pretty soon here,...Good Luck, and Congrats!!!

I was just nauseated too, for about 3 months (24 hours a day). There was a couple of days, about half way through the pregnancy where I threw-up. The odd morning I would get sick too... but I think that was from the prenatal vitamin (I had a hard time keeping those down)

It is possible, but I wouldn't keep your hopes up, especially after you get futher along and that baby is taking up all the room in your belly, it will press against your stomach and probably start the nausea all over again, but eat some TUMS...even thought they are for heartburn, they helped me alot with the "ALL DAY LONG" morning sickness that I had, and the Calcium in them are good for you too. GOOD LUCK

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and never had morning sickness at all. I'd get a little woozy and have to lay my head down (and then I'd conk out on the desk!), but I never threw up.
Some people just get lucky! Count your blessings!
