Hi, I do not speak english, so It is difficult for me to ask... but I need to know How is the incapacity at civil rigths (persons) it´s handle in a country like India or Japan, than you

I am not sure what you mean by "incapacity at civil rights (persons)". It is not an English legal term. But this may help: India's legal system is copied from the British system, as the American system is, so there is not much difference in how things are handled there. In Japan their legal system is very much like America's ever since the end of WWII, so I think they would handle things pretty much the same way also. Hope this helps. Vaya con Dios!!
