I met this guy over a couple of months now. When we finally got close and he invited me to his home we played around and fondled each other. I refused to have sex with him and he seemed quite fine with it, cause i said i wanted to wait. After that same day I texted and called him but until now he has not replied to me. When i see him he acts as if he does not know me. What did i do wrong cause iam a very attractive girl.

Perhaps the way you've refused to have sex with him hurt his feelings too much. And now he doesn't want to be friends with you anymore.
I suggest that in the future if you don't intend to have sex with the guy, then let him know this well before he unzips his pants and tries to unzip yours.
There is nothing more embarassing for a guy than to take out his dick and have the girl refuse him at that point. Such a rejection is liable to make the guy think that he doesn't look attractive enough for you. And your excuse about waiting is just that, an excuse.

You did nothing wrong and it has nothing to do with your attractiveness. Well in part any way.
He was going with you for one thing and one thing only. Sex.
When you didn't give it he looked elsewhere.
You are fortunate. So many women have gone ahead with sex and became pregnant and never saw him again. You saved yourself that pain. Very good for you.
When you find a guy that like you for just you he will not do this. So it is a great way to tell you who is right for you and who is not.

You turn a guy down, then go on about how he seemed fine with it. What choice did he have? Did you expect him to rip your clothes off?
Why should he risk going out with you again? You are waiting for something. Whatever it is, you don't think it's him. You basically told him he wasn't good enough.
After that ego bruising, he is keeping his distance.
