Here's how I see it:
The Bears have pretty much scraped by this year with little to no offensive production. The defense has helped them alot, and they basically won 14 games for them. Rex Grossman the QB? PAH! He's worthless...I seem to recall a 0.0 rating against the Pack...Oh yeah, Rex was only playing like that since it was "New Year's Eve".
Now to the Colts. The offense was extremely slow in the start of the year, and the defense never even showed up! At that point in the season, the entire defense was compiled into one number: 21. Then it comes time for the playoffs. Larry Johnson? Yeah, under 100 yards. Jamaal Lewis? Yeah, under 100 yards again. Laurence Maroni, Kevin Faulk, and Corey Dillon? Oh yeah, under 100 yards. Peyton Manning? Ummm....the most amazing comeback ever. Needless to say, the Colts' Defense will WIN them the Super Bowl, and Peyton Manning will solidify it with 5 TD's(3 to Marvin, 1 to Reggie, and 1 to Dallas). Addai with 1 rushing touchdown. Vinatieri with the 1 field goal on the Colt's only non-touchdown drive.
I give it 45-17, Colts, with Peyton Manning as the MVP. No question right? Oh yeah...I forgot to mention that against Baltimore all the Commentators picked the Ravens. And against the Pats, only Shannon picked the Colts(to be the rebel). I think the critics and media have learned something this playoff series...the Colts are a pack of TNT ready to explode. The detonation takes place on February 4th, 2007, and poor Rex Grossman is going to have to take it. Ha.
