My husband and I are ttc. My period is not due for about a week and I started bleeding slightly yesterday. I thought it might be implantation bleeding because it would be about the right time for that. for the most part it's dark brown (like end of period), but there is a tiny bit of red in it. Now...it has almost stopped. I just wanted to know if it's possible for implantation bleeding to be red.

Yep. It can be bright red, or dull red or brownred.
Thats why so many women confuse it with a light period.
Do your breasts feel different?
For many women the first sign of conception is tingling or soreness of breasts.

All i will say is the month as quickly as I have been given pregnant/found out i grew to become into pregnant with my son I had 2 "sessions" that have been 17 days aside. the 2d grew to become into astounding purple, and usual era like bleeding (even heavy). So definite, implantation could be astounding purple/pink.

yup, I had it for three days, I didn't know I was pregnant and was confused as to if it was spotting or a period. My ob/gyn didn't know either once I found out I was pregnant, I had to have an ultrasound to confirm gestation.

I have never read that it can be red, only brown & pinkish, but I am sure it could be possible
