When I was a carpenter at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, I once got a handjob from another carpenter out on the loading dock, in a secluded corner away from the surveillance cameras.

I work in an intensive care unit so I would say absolutely not. Of course there is a really cute respiratory therapist I would not mind a few minutes with in a supply room.
