I am 20 years old and I have grown into a horrible jealous girlfriend. I have been dating my boyfriend for 4 years now. When he goes to work he has to call me at all his breaks and lunch. If I call him and he doesnt answer I automatically assume he is hiding something. When he is at home we cant watch tv, or go anywhere other than to pay bills or get groceries. He doesnt go anywhere without me except for work. If I see any female that I believe looks, acts, walks or has anything better than me I get upset. I horrible low self esteem..and i'm extremely stubborn...I was just wondering if anyone else has expierenced this and if so were u able to work the relationship out?

if you don't stop you will loose him, it is very unattractive. try to not watch where he is looking and if he sees a girl, big deal. there will always be someone prettier, smarter, thinner and so on. it's a fact of life. hard to deal with yes but a fact. you need to be happy with yourself somehow. try starting now to not do these things you hate. i promise if you can ,,in a while you will be proud of yourself and self asteem grows form that. be in control not out of control. this will ruin your life if YOU LET IT>
